Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, the Indian Student Parliament under its Leadership Lecture Series is organizing a lecture by Shri Kapil Sibal, Hon'ble Union Minister of HRD at Patrakar Bhawan, Pune on May05, 2012 at 2.30 pm on “Higher Education Policy & Youth Aspirations”.

It also proposes to unveil the brochure of the 3^rd Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, Indian Student Parliament at the august hands of Shri. Kapil Sibal.
